Delete your account and data
Here is how to delete your PocketMMO account and the data linked to it. There are two ways, and both are free.
In the Game
- Open Settings in the Game and tap Account.
- At the very bottom, tap “Delete account…”.
- Confirm with “Delete for good”.
Your account is deleted immediately.
By email
Write to us at:
Please include:
- your player ID (in the Game: Settings → Account → “Copy player ID”)
- your character name
- If your account is linked to an email address, please write from that address.

Subject: Account deletion PocketMMO Hello, please delete my PocketMMO account and the data linked to it. Player ID: Character name: Thank you!
We confirm receipt and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to show that the account is yours. If you no longer have access to the Game, give us as much information as you can, such as your character name, device and roughly when you played – we will get back to you.
What we delete
- your account and login, including a linked email address
- your character with progress, inventory, equipment and currencies
- friend and block lists and private message history
- your guild membership and ranking entries
- open marketplace offers
- your settings and push token
What we keep
- purchase records we must keep for tax reasons (up to seven years)
- your forum posts – without your name, so other players’ discussions stay readable
- completed trades and marketplace transactions and messages in guild chats, where they are part of other players’ data
- data we need for security, preventing abuse and fraud, defending legal claims and improving the Game – for as long as needed for these purposes
Deletion is permanent. Progress, diamonds and purchased content cannot be restored afterwards. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Refunds for purchases are only possible through the respective app store under its rules.
